• Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
• Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Understand customer business requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
• Sell IT Services, Custom Software Development, SaaS Solutions, Resource Augmentation, Cloud Services, and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
• Create proposals, quotations, Statements of Work (SOW), and commercial agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams during pre-sales and project initiation.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Services Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Services, Cloud Solutions, and Resource Augmentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and enterprise customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
