Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications for projects & change requests
2. Translate business requirements into technical designs (HLD & LLD)
3. Build scalable solutions using ServiceNow backend & frontend components
4. Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows
5. Manage update sets, application scopes, and deployments
6. Conduct peer code reviews and ensure coding standards
7. Perform unit testing and support SIT, QA, and production validation
8. Maintain technical documentation (LLD, test plans, release notes)
9. Provide L3 production support and resolve critical issues
10. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements and delivery updates
