Job Description Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers. Understand customer business requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions. Sell IT Services, Custom Software Development, SaaS Solutions, Resource Augmentation, Cloud Services, and Digital Transformation solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations. Create proposals, quotations, Statements of Work (SOW), and commercial agreements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams during pre-sales and project initiation. Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings. Required Skills: 4–6 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Services Sales. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Strong knowledge of Software Development Services, Cloud Solutions, and Resource Augmentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in B2B sales and enterprise customer acquisition. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar. Strong relationship-building and account management skills. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
